Officials of the famous Castlereagh Glentoran Supporters Club, which instigated the Northern Ireland Player; of the Year Award, pictured presenting a �1,000 cheque to the Omagh Fund prior to Saturday's Omagh Town Glentoran clash at St. Julian's Road. Town were at The Oval on August 15th, opening their 1998/99 premiership campaign, when the heart was ripped out of the town by a massive car bomb. The supporters club had made a promise then to aid victims, and chairman, Robert Fitzgerald (second from right), the vice-chairman Jim Flanagan (left), and Arvon Bickerstaff (right) a club member, are seen honouring that promise, as local Councillor Crawford McFarland, accompanied by Town chairman Norman Hunter (centre), accept the club's donation.
