Omagh Lawyers represent Iraqi victims of Saddam Hussein
LONDON based legal firm H20, which is representing the victims of the Omagh bombing against the Real IRA, is preparing to sue the Iraqi regime on behalf of those who suffered at the hands of Saddam Hussein.
H20 plans to file claims against former dictator Saddam Hussein, his henchmen and the western banks believed to be holding cash for the former Iraqi regime.
Dr Entifadh Qanbar, a spokesman for the Iraqi National Congress, who has founded an organisation for Iraqi victims of the Ba'athist regime, had read about the Omagh case and approached the lawyers.
