FURTHER REMAND ON BOMB CHARGES
Further remand on bomb charges
THE MAN facing charges in connection with the Omagh bombing was remanded in custody for a further month when he appeared at the Special Criminal Court in Dublin
Colm Murphy (48), a building contractor and publican with an address at Jordan's Corner, Ravensdale, Co Louth is charged with conspiring
with another person to cause an explosion between August 13th and 16th last year.
He is also charged with being a member of an illegal organisation on August 14th last.
The court heard that there were bail difficulties involved in the case.
Murphy was remanded in custody to appear again on April 27th.
