2.45pm Pre-ceremony music by St Eugene's Band as people gather; 3pm Introit - Omagh Waterford Choir; 3.04pm Greetings; 3.07pm Prayer; 3.10pm Moment of silence; 3.11pm Poem; 3.14pm Cut to Market Street - Irish, Spanish and English translation of line 'Bear in mind these dead'; 3.15pm Back to Stage - Reading of names of dead; 3.17pm Reading - Ecclesiastes; 3.19pm Choir - Lord there are times
3.23pm Address - Terry Waite; 3.26pm Dedication to peace (all say together); 3.26pm Choir - Let there be peace on earth; 3.30pm Reading - Beatitudes; 3.31pm Finding the Inner Light - A Mother's Reflection; 3.33pm Cut to Market St - Piper plays Lament and young people begin procession towards the garden.
3.37pm Official Opening: cutting of ribbon at memorial garden, switching on of heliostats and unveiling of glass monument (Market Street); 3.39pm Closing prayer; 3.40pm Closing hymn; 3.44pm The grace - dismissal
Families and guests will then go to garden to lay floral tributes
