Former council cheif honoured
Former Omagh District Council Chief Executive, John McKinney, is pictured receiving a special Tyrone Crystal award in recognition of his exemplary conduct and contribution to the Omagh community in the aftermath of the Omagh bomb. The recent presentation took place at the Burnavon Centre in Cookstown and Mr McKinney received his award from members of the William Johnston Memorial Trust. William Johnston was an Armagh Councillor who was murdered in 1974.
