CHEQUE PRESENTED TO A&E DEPARTMENT
Dr. V.V Rao and sister Margaret Kearney (seated centre) from the Accident and Emergency Department of the Tyrone County Hospital, receiving a cheque for �5,630 on behalf of the department, from Roy Allan, chairman of the Omagh Traders Committee and Ken Browne, representing the Crossroads Killygordon, Omagh Fund Committee. The fund Committee, donated tickets for a holiday in America with the help of Aer Lingus as a draw prize and tickets for the draw were then sold by traders in Omagh. The draw proceeds were handed over after the switching on of the Christmas lights . Also pictured are Derek Bresland, Jean McCrystal committee members of the Omagh Traders' Association, Louise Gallagher, Elaine Browne, Aer Lingus and Patrick Kelly, and Harry Mulligan, Omagh businessman, who helped with the organising of the draw. The Killygordon committee, raised a total of �11,275 for the fund.
