CHEQUE FOR OMAGH FUND PRESENTED BY ODC BY PEOPLE FROM MOVILLE IN DONEGAL
A number of weeks ago people from Moville in Donegal took part in a road race to Omagh to raise money for the Omagh Fund. At a function this week at Omagh Council offices, representatives of the group presented a cheque for �28,131 to the Chairman of the Council, Sean Clarke who accepted it on behalf of the Omagh Fund. Also in the photo are members of the group and the Vice Chairman of the Council, Allan Rainey. This substantial donation will certainly boost the coffers of the Omagh Fund which to date has received �579,000. Of this it has paid out �347,217 to 145 different individuals leaving �231,783.
