Algerian Government Representative lays a wreath
Saida Benhabyles, deputy member of the Algerian Government, laid a wreath in memory of the Omagh bomb victims. She has a particular interest in human rights and speaks out against fundamentalist Muslim terrorism and is under threat from terrorists herself. Saida came to Northern Ireland on a private visit to express her solidarity with the victims of terrorism. Also pictured is Council Vice-Chairman, Alan Rainey.
