Peace Award Donated to Omagh's Suffering
A �10,000 peace prize presented to Mo Mowlam, will be donated to the Omagh Memorial Fund, it was revealed this week.
Paul Murphy, who accepted the Viareggio Versilia award on her behalf in Italy, on Saturday past, announced that the money would be given to the families and victims of the blast.
Announcing the donation to the Omagh Fund, he said that two weeks ago the town of Omagh was torn apart by a senseless and barbaric bombing that was an 'unspeakable evil'.
