Songs of Praise
THE BBC's award winning Northern Ireland correspondent, Denis Murray, presented a special edition of the popular religious hymn programme, Songs of Praise from Omagh on Sunday night.
The nationally networked programme was transmitted live from the Convent Chapel of Omagh's Loreto Grammar School and reflected the weeks tragedy in words and music.
Speaking from BBC NI headquarters in Belfast yesterday, a spokeswoman said "Denis has been on the scene throughout all of this so it was felt appropriate that he should present the programme."
