SOROPTIMIST INTERNATIONAL OF OMAGH
Soroptimist International of Omagh
Soroptimist International of Omagh met recently in the Royal Arms Hotel in Omagh for its 8th Anniversary Lunch. President Vida Lake welcomed Soroptimists who had come from all over Northern Ireland and thanked them for coming to the event. A special welcome was extended to the Northern Ireland President, Ann Bagnall from Bangor, Rita Soye from Lurgan and Patricia Gallagher of the Omagh Club who was injured on the 15th August in Omagh. After a wonderful lunch, President Ann Bagnall thanked the Omagh Club and passed on messages from other Soroptimist International Clubs from around the world. An arrangement of flowers in the Soroptimist colours - blue and yellow - was later laid on the Strule Bridge by the Northern Ireland President, accompanied by the Derry President, Omagh President and other members.
