5 SUSPECTS ACCUSED
SEAMUS DALY

HE was named by a judge during the Dublin court case that resulted in the conviction and imprisonment of Colm Murphy.
Mr Justice Barr said Murphy gave two mobile phones to "one Seamus Daly a dissident republican terrorist" on the day before the Omagh bomb.
When questioned by Gardai, Murphy refused to identify who he gave the phones to.
He said "What can I say? I could finish out at the border with a hole in my head"
Daly has been questioned by police about the Omagh attack but released.
