Suspects are identified
THE BBC last night named four of the main suspects in the Omagh bombing.
Panorama was broadcast after two legal bids to have the programme halted were rejected.
The suspects were alleged to have been involved in the planning and planting of the device.
Only one man has been charged in connection with the Real IRA attack in August 1998 which killed 29 people and injured 381.
Relatives of the victims were divided on whether the programme should have gone out.
Lawrence Rush, whose wife Libby died in the blast, asked the courts to intervene because he feared that naming suspects would make it more difficult to get convictions.
But Michael Gallagher, whose son Adrian was killed in the blast, said "We have a right to know."
