THE bomb was designed to kill and maim ordinary decent people who were simply going about their business on one of the busiest days
in the town, Ogra Fianna Fail chairman Deputy Michael Moynihan declared.
"There are no words to describe our feelings after this brutal and savage attack on the innocent," he said, joining Taoiseach Bertie Ahern in condemning the perpetrators
Mr Moynihan, a TD for Cork North West, said he hoped the combined work of the security forces would catch whoever was responsible.
