Patience is running thin
CORK city PD councillor, Brian Bermingham, said the people of Ireland have reached the limit to our patience and tolerance of those who take onto themselves the right to commit the foulest of deeds.
"The Irish Government should freeze any further prisoner releases until all violence is stopped once and for all. They should also insist on the so-called decommissioning of all weaponry and explosives immediately, and make it dependent on Sinn Fein's involvement in any executive position in the new northern Assembly," he said.
