Bomb accused refused Legal Aid

THE Co. Louth man accused of planting a part in the planting of the August 15, 1998, bomb in Omagh, in which 29 people and unborn twins were murdered, has been refused legal aid in Dublin.
Colm Murphy (46), from Ravensdale, faces a charge at Dublin's anti-terrorist Special Criminal Court of conspiring to cause the explosion.
A date has yet to be set for his trial, which is estimated to cost him around £100,000.
