Wesley Atchison, editor of the Tyrone Constitution, presenting a cheque for �1,000 to Mary Brogan, Red Cross Western branch service manager, to assist the organisation's ongoing invaluable work with the Omagh bomb victims. The 'Con' received the money as part of its prize for winning the top weekly newspaper accolade in the BT UK Regional Press and Broadcast Awards, and it was to go to a charity of its choice.
