Mr. Bob Patton, chairman of the Omagh and District Canine Club, presenting a cheque for over �7,000 to Mr. Allan Rainey, chairman of Omagh District Council who received it on behalf of the Omagh Fund. The money was raised at the Omagh club's annual show which was held at Ecclesville, Fintona, and attracted its biggest entry ever of over 700 dogs. The money raised, came from entry fees and contributions from exhibitors from Great Britain and Ireland. Also in the picture are other committee members of the club. They are from left, Bob Clements, Modwena Johnston, Shirley Goligher, Carol McCandless, Maura Sharpe, Avril McClure, Bovelle Hamilton and Derek Wylie. Missing from photograph are Michelle Clements and Isobel McManus.
