Bomb probe: man released without charge
A 28-YEAR-OLD Co. Monaghan man, who was being questioned by gardai investigating the Omagh bombing, was released on Friday without charge.
The man was arrested in the Castleblaney area on Wednesday night of last week.
It is understood he was questioned about a number of offences, including the Real IRA bomb, which killed 29 people last August.
The man was held under the Republic's anti-terrorist legislation, but was released without charge on Friday, a garda spokesman said.
