ALASTAIR HALL RECEIVES SCOUTING CERTIFICATE
Omagh bomb victim, Alastair Hall, who is a member of the 1st Omagh Scout Group was honoured by the Scout Association when the chief scout, George Purdy, presented him with a certificate for 'Meritorious conduct'. The presentation was made on Tuesday night at Baronscourt and among those who attended the surprise presentation were the Duke of Abercorn, Alastair's parents and other Scout leaders.
