Suspects released
FIVE people arrested in the Republic last week in relation to enquiries into the Omagh bombing were all released without charge.
The last of those arrested was released on Friday night, a Garda spokesman said.
Earlier, one of the men was released after the High Court in Dublin ruled that his constitutional rights had been denied. The Dundalk man was arrested on Wednesday of last week.
The High Court heard a habeas corpus application, during which it was argued that Lavery's solicitor had been denied access to interview notes.
