GOSPEL SINGER TO GIVE OMAGH CONCERT

Gospel singer to give Omagh concert

A CONCERT featuring song-writer, Robin Mark, is to take place in Omagh Leisure Centre on Thursday, October 15th.
The concert has been organised by the Youth Alive Committee and is being promoted by the Omagh Churches forum.
The event is aimed at the younger generation who have been affected by the Omagh bombing.
"It is geared towards spiritual healing. To seek God's help at this time." Said Rev. Norman Harrison, who spoke on behalf of Youth Alive and Omagh Churches Forum.
"The leisure centre was chosen as a venue so that people could 'reclaim' it after the role it played following the terrible atrocity given the terrible memories many people will have of it," said Mr. Harrison
Robin, who will be appearing in Omagh with his 12-piece band, has led worship in his local church the Christian Fellowship Church in Belfast for eight years.
The talented song-writer has released a number of albums, including 'Captive Heart', 'Not by Might', 'Days of Elijah', 'This City', 'These Streets', and 'Room for Grace'.
He has also played at a number of venues including Belfast's Waterfront Hall, the Assembly Buildings, Belfast, the Ulster Hall, throughout America during a successful church tour.
The Omagh Memorial Fund will benefit from the proceeds of the concert.
Tickets are available from the Faith Mission Bookshop, Royal Arms Mews, Patterson Stewart estate agent, and the Parochial House, Brook Street, Omagh.
Further details on booking can be obtained by contacting Rev. Norman Harrison (016627) 57022.
