25 BLAST INJURED STILL IN HOSPITAL
25 blast injured still in hospital
A TOTAL of 25 people were yesterday (Wednesday) currently still being treated in hospital for injuries sustained in the Omagh bombing. Of those, two are in a critical condition.
Two women have been transferred back to the Tyrone County Hospital, where they are said to be in a stable condition, and two women remain in the Erne Hospital. They, too, are described as stable.
One woman is being treated in the South Tyrone hospital, and is in a stable condition.
At the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, eight are receiving in-patient care. Two of those, both women, are critical, while the remaining six - three women, one man and two children are described as stable.
Two of the Spanish visitors caught up in the blast are also being treated at the hospital on a daily out patient basis.
Four women, one man and a boy remain at the Altnagelvin Hospital. All are in a stable condition.
At the Ulster Hospital in Dundonald, four women and two girls are still being treated for their injuries.
All are described as 'comfortable', except for one of the women who is ill, but stable".
The two remaining women patients at the Belfast City Hospital were both transferred in the past week - one to the Tyrone County, the other to Musgrave Park Hospital.
