TOP IRISH CHOIR PERFORM FOR OMAGH FUND

Top Irish choir perform for Omagh Fund

Top Irish choir, Anuna, brought their own brand of Irish, Scottish and sacred music to Londonderry in a concert for the Omagh Fund on Saturday night.
The choir, most famous for their Riverdance appearances, performed the first public hearing of Pie Jesu, specially arranged for the bomb victims, at the concert in St. Columb's Church of Ireland Cathedral.
The concert was organised by Deny Irish language organisation, Conradh na Gaelige as part of its annual Feile na Samhna festival.
The proceedings were interrupted briefly as the Dean of St. Columb's Cathedral, Rev. William Motion, and Donegal nun, Sister Theresa, conducted an interdenominational service in memory of those who died, were injured or bereaved in the Omagh atrocity.
