The Domestic Appliance Center in Omagh ran a free draw during the Christmas shopping period, which allowed customers the chance to win a 20" colour television set. The draw was part of the 'Give a Day to Omagh' campaign which encouraged people to shop in the town in a bid to restore confidence to shop owners who were badly affected following the August bomb. The winner of the television was Rosetta Donnelly, Mountfield, who is pictured receiving her prize from DAC Sales Assistant, Martin Haughey.
