HEALTH MINISTER AT MADRID SERVICE
Health Minister at Madrid service
MINISTER for Health and Education, Mr John McFall, represented the Government at a special memorial service in Madrid for the victims of the Omagh bombing, on Thursday last.
The service, at the Jesuit Church of Our Lady of Remembrance, was held in honour of Spanish citizens Fernando Blasco Baselga and Rocio Abad Ramos, who died in the blast.
Also in attendance were Spanish Foreign Minister, Abel Matutes, British Ambassador, David Brighty, and Mary Harney, Irish Deputy Prime Minister.
