PENSIONER PROPOSES GARDEN OF HOPE

Pensioner proposes garden of hope

AN OMAGH pensioner has proposed that a rose garden be planted at the County Hall, in remembrance of those who died in the atrocity.
She suggested that roses be donated for the garden, opposite the Drumragh Avenue car park.
"I love flowers, the thought came to me the other day when I saw the bridge covered in flowers, and I decided I should get on to the newspapers," the pensioner said.
"It's a simple idea, and we could call it the Garden of Hope," she said.
