MAN TELLS OF SICKENING SIGHT

MAN TELLS OF SICKENING SIGHT

HOSPITAL ROAD man, Mr. Johnston Graham, was at home when the bomb exploded, and went to the scene immediately with a friend.
"I could not believe what I saw. I just dug in the best I could helping people.
"I have never seen the like of it. Bodies were being washed down the road by the burst water main and we tried to pull them onto the pavement.
"There were people with no limbs, and people with horrible injuries.
"There were a lot of people there helping as best they could," he said.
Mr. Graham has some basic first aid knowledge and put it to as much use as he could.
"I did the best I could, that was all any of us could do," he said.
"It was a sickening sight, Mr. Graham added, and he described those who carried out the attack as "animals".
"I would not like to see the like of it again," he said.
