BITTER WORDS THAT HAUNT EXTREMIST
Bitter words that haunt extremist
On the peace settlement: "A wasted process."
On Gerry Adams and Martin McGuinness signing the Good Friday Agreement: "A monumental error."
On the Sinn Fein leadership after the agreement: "Hypocrites. A united Ireland is what our people have bombed and shot for all these years - and if that's not what we get who is to say it won't go on? Bobby did not die for cross-border bodies with executive powers. He did not
die for nationalists to be equal British citizens within the Northern Ireland state. The cause of conflict in our country is the presence of a foreign government, the British government, that has imposed its will against the will of the Irish people."
On her brother's generation of IRA members: "They didn't fight for peace. We don't want to see peace, we want independence. As long as there is British interference there will always be resistance."
