BY DERIC HENDERSON

A 35-YEAR-OLD man is to be charged with murdering 29 people in the Omagh bomb atrocity.
Sean Gerard Hoey, an electrician from Jonesborough in south Armagh, is due to be served with papers later this month outlining details of the charges.
Hoey - a nephew of 49-year-old Colm Murphy, who was the only person convicted in connection with the Omagh bombing - is already in custody on a series of terrorist charges and membership of the Real IRA, the group which bombed Omagh in August, 1998.
