HERS was just another face in the crowd, but her anguish came straight from the heart.
This was the harrowing moment when 15-year-old Una McGurk relived the horror of the Omagh bombing which left her fighting for her life in
hospital and permanently scarred exactly a year ago yesterday.
The brave youngster put aside her own nightmare memories of the day to join thousands of people from the town and surrounding villages for a mass open-air service in honour of the 29 dead and 350 injured.
Politicians including Northern Ireland Secretary of State Mo Mowlam were there.
But this was a day for ordinary folk, for loving families who were brutally torn apart in the time it took the Real IRA to blast the heart out of their town.
One year on, and Una, and all the other truly remarkable people of Omagh, proved yet again yesterday that they could never be beaten.
