WHERE IS THE JUSTICE

Where is the justice?

We consider it offensive to justice and common decency, that those injured in traffic accidents can be awarded huge damages while those injured, and worse, in 'terrorist accidents' receive nothing.
Those who perpetrated the Omagh bombing have admitted liability.
They are supported by large overseas funding, from Clan na Gael and Noraid, to name but two.
There is thus the credible objective to successfully sue those responsible for the Omagh bombing, and those others who have caused damage to civilians in Ireland over the past 30 years, for damages, at least, on the scale of those injured in traffic accidents.
Yet nothing is done.
Are Irishmen and Women some lower species whose rights to compensation for injury are being set aside?
