BRENDA LOGUE

Brenda Logue

Brenda said: "If people enjoy what they are doing and get on with it, they will truly enjoy it." She was 17 years old.
Her brother Cathal wrote.

BRENDA
You were a daughter and sister too,
With tears and happiness we will always love you,
Though time will pass as years roll on,
With loving memories we'll call upon.

Our loss for you will not disappear,
With death in our life we will now not fear,
And the day will come when we smile again,
So God ease broken hearts and soothe the pain.

On that Saturday it was meant to be,
That God would take you home and set you free.
He wanted someone full of fun,
And with a good heart,
Even though the pain would rip us apart.

God knows that we loved you so much,
But he needed someone else with the golden touch,
So Brenda pray for us and stay close by
When we feel the pain and start to cry.

There will again come a time
That we all will be together,
In the land above with you forever and ever,
So good bye for now and until that day
We will wait and hope and always pray.
