Eight more burials add to sad list

A FURTHER eight victims of the Omagh bomb blast will be laid to rest in the town and surrounding areas today.
Geraldine Breslin (43), who died while fleeing Watterson's clothes shop where she worked, will be buried in St Mary's cemetery Drumragh after 10am mass in St Joseph's Church hall, Omagh.
The funeral service of 20-year-old Debra-Anne Cartwright takes place at 10.15am in St Columba's Church, Omagh. She will be removed to Roselawn Crematorium at 1.30pm.
Service for Samantha McFarland (17), who died alongside her best friend, Lorraine Wilson, will be held at Lislimnaghan church at 1lam. She will be cremated at Roselawn at 2pm.
Twenty-one-year-old Julia Hughes' service takes place at the Methodist church in Omagh at 11.45am, followed by cremation in Roselawn at 3.00pm.
At noon, funeral mass will be held for Brian McCrory (54) at St Mary's Church, Killyclogher with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Later this afternoon at 2pm, requiem mass takes place for Elizabeth Rush (57) at St Mary's Church in Drumragh with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
The funeral service for recently-engaged Esther Gibson (36) begins at 2.30pm in Sixmilecross Free Presbyterian Church. She will be interned after the service in the adjoining churchyard.
Ann McCombe (49) will be the final victim of the Omagh bomb to be buried.
She leaves her late home at 2.30pm for service in Mountjoy Presbyterian Church. Burial takes place in the adjoining churchyard immediately afterwards.
