Ambulance crash kills
A MAN died yesterday after his car was in collision with an ambulance transferring the injured in the Omagh tragedy to a Belfast hospital.
He was named as Gary White (38) of Lansdown Road, Newtownards.
The accident happened around 9.35am at the junction of the Knock Road and King's Road and involved a Renault Megane car. The ambulance was believed to have been on its way to the Ulster Hospital at Dundonald.
