CLINTON FACES BUSY SCHEDULE DURING HIS NORTH TRIP
Clinton faces busy schedule during his North trip

PRESIDENT Clinton is due at Belfast Aldergrove Airport this morning at about 8.30am for a hectic day-long visit to the North which will include engagements in Omagh and Armagh.
After being greeted by British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Northern Secretary Mo Mowlam. Mr Clinton travels to Stormont for a meeting with First Minister David Trimble, and Deputy Seamus Mallon. He is expected to spend about 90 minutes in Stormont meeting the Northern Ireland Assembly members.
From there, the president will travel to Belfast city centre where he will join First Lady Hillary Clinton at the Waterfront Hall for an address to 2,000 invited guests, representing all walks of life. It is expected President Clinton may greet the public as he leaves.
Afterwards he is due to watch two local children laying the sod for a new University of Ulster campus.
Mr Clinton will travel to Omagh in the afternoon and will have a private meeting with the relatives of those who lost their relatives in the recent bombing atrocity.
His last engagement in the North is in Armagh where he will attend a "Gathering for Peace' at about 7.30pm.
