Letterkenny woman helps Spanish student
A young Letterkenny woman who is fluent in Spanish travelled to Omagh on Sunday morning to act as an interpreter for the injured Spanish students caught up in the bomb blast.
Noreen McCusker, Beechwood Avenue, travelled to hospitals in the Omagh area where the Spanish students were being treated for their injuries.
Earlier this week Noreen was in Buncrana acting as an interpreter for Spainish families who had travelled to Inishowen to be with their children.
A youth Co-ordinator at the Youth Information Centre in Letterkenny Noreen spent a number of years studying in Spain.
