IBEC MEMBERS APPALLED

IBEC members "appalled"

Donegal members of the Irish Business and Employers Confederation (IBEC) have described themselves as "appalled" at last weekend's bombing in Omagh.
Commenting on the atrocity, the group has urged everyone in a position of influence and political responsibility to redouble their efforts to
make the peace process work.
"Our members are appalled at what happened In Omagh." IBEC Regional Director, Mr. Brendan McGinty, declared.
"We all have a close affinity with the people of Tyrone and Omagh in particular whether of a community, tourism or business nature and we extend our condolences to the families and friends of all of those directly affected".
The North-West Region Director added: "At this time of despair and grief we must urge everyone of influence to make the peace process work as the only viable way forward."
