Letterkenny woman's role in Omagh aftermath

A Letterkenny woman who is fluent in Spanish travelled to Omagh on Sunday morning to as an interpreter for the injured Spanish students caught up in the bomb blast.
Noreen McCusker, Beechwood Avenue, is a Youth Coordinator in the local Youth Information Centre. She spent a number of years studying in Spain.
Noreen travelled to hospitals in and around Omagh where a number of young Spanish students, who had a been a part of the day-trip to the town from Buncrana on Saturday morning, were being treated for their injuries.
Some families of the inured travelled from Spain to Co. Tyrone earlier in the week.
Yesterday (Tuesday) Noreen was in Buncrana acting as an interpreter for more Spanish families who had come over to Inishowen from where ten local children and 30 visiting Spanish visitors left for Omagh on Saturday.
