A MAN who unwittingly lent his mobile phone to one of the Omagh bomb suspects is expected to appear at Belfast High Court today.
Terrence Patrick Morgan is a former employee of Colm Murphy, one of five men being sued over the 1998 explosion
However, whether the construction worker will actually take the stand depends on the results of a psychiatric report which is being presented to the court. The multi-million pound civil action is being taken by relatives of six people murdered in the 1998 blast, against those who they claim were responsible. Michael McKevitt, Colm Murphy, Liam Campbell, Seamus Daly and Seamus McKenna all deny any involvement in the atrocity.
Earlier the civil trial heard how Mr Morgan was among several people arrested as part of a cross-border operation in February 1999.
