Writ names five

AFTER the Omagh murders, Tony Blair spoke of a "total determination" to bring the perpetrators to justice.
Bertie Ahern said: "(We will) ruthlessly suppress those responsible for the attack ..."
Five years on, only one person has been convicted on any charges related to the bombing.
This failing helps to explain why the Government recently made the unprecedented decision to help fund the civil action by the relatives against the five men that they believe to have been most involved.
Colm Murphy, a 51-year-old pub owner and father of four based in Dundalk, is serving 14 years in Portlaoise, for conspiracy to cause the explosion. Earlier this month, Dundalk man Michael McKevitt was jailed for 20 years for directing terrorism and membership of the Real IRA. The charges related to a period after the blast.
A third name on the writ - Seamus McKenna (48), of Marian Park, Dundalk is in custody in the Republic facing charges of manufacturing a car bomb in Co Louth in June.
Liam Campbell (39), a farmer from Dundalk who is also named in the Omagh writ, received a five-year jail term in October 2001 for membership of an illegal group. The other name on the writ is Seamus Daly (33), who is also in custody.
