OMAGH Town captain Mark Donnelly has one wish ahead of tonight's meeting with Manchester United - he wants his team to score, writes Stuart McKinley.
Eight without reply last week against Chelsea could well be surpassed by United, but the skipper won't mind as long as United have to pick the ball out of the net.
"It would be great for us to score against Manchester United, and I suppose for me as a local it would be special," said Donnelly. For Donnelly it will obviously be the highlight of his career, especially after having to sit out the club's biggest day, the Budweiser Cup win against Linfield - Omagh's first senior trophy.
"I remember being told about the bomb on my way off the pitch at the Oval and thinking the worst," said Donnelly.
"When I tried to make contact all the phone lines were jammed, but I was relieved that nobody close to me was involved.
"These matches won't make it better for all the victims, but there certainly is a buzz around the town."
