Coach crisis as the rugby hype hots up

THERE is not a single Translink luxury coach left for hire for the European Cup Final on January 30, it was revealed today.
The revelation came as the clamour for tickets for Ulster's clash against Colomiers continued at Ravenhill this morning.
The Ulster Branch stopped taking applications for the 9,000 stand seats yesterday and today S. S.Moores, the only other official ticket outlet, even stopped handing out ground ticket order forms.
And with thousands of fans now planning their travel arrangement for the January 30 show -down, Translink revealed that their luxury coach service was completely booked out.
"The demand has been phenomenal." said a Translink spokesman. "Our luxury service has completely sold out - hut there are still some ordinary buses available."
Meanwhile, the scrum for tickets to the European Rugby Cup Final is set to make charity the winner.
The Ulster Branch today revealed that for all tickets - which are priced in punts - paid for in sterling, the exchange rate difference would be donated to the Omagh Fund and the IRFC Charitable Trust.
"We have been offering fans the option to pay for their tickets by Punt cheques, Punt bankers' drafts, Euro cheques or in sterling." said Ulster Branch spokesman.
"And we have decided that for tickets paid tor by sterling, the exchange rate difference will he divided equally between the Omagh Fund and the IRFC Charitable Trust.
