ATHLETES SET PACE TO HELP OMAGH
Athletes set pace to help Omagh
ATHLETES are to run from Buncrana to Omagh to show solidarity with everyone affected by the Omagh atrocity.
The 50-mile run will be covered in relays and the organisers believe it will be supported by everyone within the local business and sports communities.
The run on September 19 will take at least eight hours to complete.

All contributions will be recorded in a book of donations condolences to be handed over with the donations to the official fund.
And several Belfast DJs and promoters have organised a special club night to raise money for the Omagh Memorial Fund.
Taking place in the Limeligiht and Katy Daly's on September 17 the Hope event is aimed at both raising cash and showing sympathy and support for all those affected by the bombing.
A spokesman for the organisers said: "Obviously we hope that those attending will be able to enjoy" the diversity of music and DJ talent on offer, while also remembering the reasons for organising this event.
"We have no political statement to make, other than to say we hope the 28 deaths in Omagh might bring an end to the violence to which we have all grown too accustomed."
