Prince Charles visits injured

PRINCE Charles arrived in the province today in the aftermath of the carnage in Omagh.
The Prince of Wales was due to spend the day in Omagh to witness the devastation and the grief of a community numbed by Ulster's worst atrocity in 30 years.
The Prince was first due to visit Lisanelly Army base in Omagh to meet members of the security forces and emergency services who were first on the harrowing scene of Saturday's massacre.
Prince Charles was then expected to travel the short distance to the heart of Omagh to see for himself the devastated town centre street where 28 people were killed.
From there, the Royal visitor was due to visit Tyrone County Hospital to speak to many of those injured in the blast and meet staff who are caring for them.
