A FEW weeks before the Omagh atrocity a Government quango refused aid to Castlereagh Council in funding a memorial to the victims of the IRA's La Mon massacre.
Recently I read in the Belfast Telegraph that the relatives of the victims of the Shankill Road IRA bomb have yet to be reimbursed for funeral expenses incurred.
Money has been pouring into Omagh but past horrors are being ignored.
