Omagh bomb hoaxer 'needs psychiatric help'

A SICK bomb hoaxer who struck in Omagh yesterday exactly one month after the atrocity needs pyschiatric help, an RUC spokesman said today.
Police confirmed that a hoaxer claimed there was a bomb at the DHSS buildings on Mountjoy Road.
The call came as hundreds of people gathered for a special mass to remember the 29 killed and hundreds injured in last month's blast.
The area was evacuated shortly after 2.15pm and remained sealed off until it was declared a hoax shortly after 3.30pm.
This was the third hoax in as many weeks since the bombing.
"We can't take any chances with these calls, which simply cause needless pain and anxiety to the people in Omagh."
Meanwhile, two women are still critically ill in the Royal Victoria Hospital.
Five patients there are in a stable condition and one woman expected to be discharged.
A patient is expected to be released from Altnagelvin today, with two others described as stable.
Seven people are "stable" at the Ulster Hospital, as are two at the Tyrone County and one at the Erne hospitals.
One woman is still being treated at Musgrave Park.
