OMAGH BOMB VICTIM DIES
'Heavenly man' loses his three week fight for life

THE Omagh bomb death toll rose today when a man critically injured in the explosion died in hospital.
Sean McGrath, who was in his early 60s, had been in a critical condition since the explosion three weeks ago.
His death brought the overall numbers killed in the Real IRA bomb to 29.
If is understood Mr McGrath, who was married with children, died in the Royal Victoria Hospital in the early hours of this morning.
Independent community councillor Paddy Magowan, a personal friend, said he was "a heavenly man."
He said: "Sean McGrath was one of the loveliest men ever to walk the streets of Omagh. I can pay no finer tribute than that.'
Mr McGrath had been in Omagh on the day of the bomb for a haircut but found the hairdressers closed when he arrived.
He was a well-known figure in the area and his family ran a popular bakery until a few years ago.
The death came just two days after Hillary Clinton visited the Royal's accident and emergency wing and the burns unit, to meet patients injured in the explosion and staff.
A total of 28 people were killed on the day of the blast.
A further 220 were injured and 29 of them are still in hospital.
Two are critically ill in the RVH, where a further 11 patients are still being treated.
Altnagelvin Hospital is still treating seven people - four women, a man, a boy and a girl. All are stable.
The Ulster Hospital has five patients. Four or them are comfortable and one is ill but stable.
Two women are being treated in the Erne Hospital, Enniskillen, one in intensive care. Both are stable.
Musgrave Park Hospital is treating a 21-year-old girl for spinal injuries.
A spokesman said: "We are likely to have other patient transferred from other hospitals within the next few days They will be brought here for limb-fitting, orthopaedics and treatment for head injuries."
The South Tyrone Hospital in Dungannon has one patient.
Those killed in the blast ranged in age from babies to pensioners.
The youngest and oldest victims came from the one family: 18-month-old Maura Monaghan from Augher and her 65-year-old grandmother Mary Grimes.
Another baby was also among the dead - 20-month old Breda Devine.
Others killed included three Buncrana school boys and a Spanish schoolboy and his teacher.
Among the victims were local teenagers Gareth Conway, Brenda Logue, JoleneMarlow, Samantha McFarland, Alan Radford and Lorraine Wilson.
