DEEPEST SYMPATHY: It is with deep sorrow that I publicly express sympathy, with all the bereaved families. We pray for God to shows great compassion for all who suffer. Politics did not enter the thoughts of the civilians, security force members, emergency services and ministers, who
tried to comfort and help the dying and badly wounded. This atrocity will not be forgotten, by Roman Catholic and Protestant alike. We need to respect each other and try to mend the wounds.

HEINOUS SLAUGHTER: THE utterly heinous mass slaughter of men, women and children on the streets of Omagh must surely be sufficient to induce the Government to bring forth proper and effective security and legal measures to deal with the barbaric and inhumane fanatics who carried out this vile atrocity.
How many more mangled bodies, screams of pain and terrible words of grief are we to witness before the two governments of these islands are prepared
to take the necessary measures to remove the instigators and perpetrators of these acts of terrorism from society?
