OMAGH bomb victim Emmet McLaughlin was helped on the road to recovery yesterday when George Graham, manager of his favourite soccer team Leeds United, visited him at his bedside.
George flew from Dublin to Enniskillen to be with Emmet, who is recovering from serious injuries in the Erne Hospital.
The Premier League manager heard about Emmet when he travelled to Dublin for a match with Shelbourne.
"He's still poorly but the visit seemed to brighten him up a bit," George said after visiting the ward.
While visiting Emmet in the intensive care unit, George presented him with an autographed football and an invitation to him and his family to see Leeds in action once he is better.
He also met Castlederg sisters, Clare and Eilish Connolly who are also recovering from injuries received in the bomb.
